SBI PO 2021 Recruitment
State Bank of India (SBI) is the largest bank in India having most number of branches across India.The notification for 2016 will be published in www.sbi.co.in under career section.Due to increments in salary, high job security large number of candidates will apply SBI PO Notification.These SBI recruitment process will be done on the basis of online written examination, group discussion and Interview.
Every Year State Bank of India (SBI) recruit the candidates as Probationary Officers (PO) for more than 2000 vacancies for its newly opened branches or existing branches in various states. One can apply for one SBI PO vacancy for the state they want to work.SBI Conducts Online exam at various centres of state across India.
Career as PO in SBI : The Selected candidates will be given intensive training for a period of two years. At the end of these probation period/intensive training,the candidates will be allowed for screening process. In these screening process,the candidates who meets predetermined standard level will be confirmed and promoted to the next level grade officer i.e Middle Management Scale II,the one who fails will be given posting as Junior Management Scale I.

Eligibility
Educational Qualification :
Graduate degree in any stream from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
Final year students can also apply subject to submission of requisite proof by Sep 01, 2015.
Age Limit:
A candidate should be between 21 – 30 years as on 01-04-2015 for the June 2014 exam.

Pattern of SBI PO Recruitment Exam
Preliminary Examination: Preliminary Examination consisting of Objective Tests for 100 marks will be conducted online. This test would be of 1 hour duration consisting of 3 Sections as follows:

Main Examination: Main Examination will consist of Objective Tests for 200 marks and Descriptive Test for 50 marks. Both the Objective and Descriptive Tests will be online. Candidates will have to answer Descriptive test by typing on the computer. Immediately after completion of Objective Test, Descriptive Test will be administered.

Salaries
PAY: The starting basic pay is Rs.16,900/-(with 4 increments) in the scale of Rs.14500-600/7-18700-700/2-20100-800/7-25700 applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale I. The official will also be eligible for D.A, H.R.A & C.C.A as per rules in force from time to time. The compensation per annum at Mumbai is around Rs.8,55,000/-. The break up of monthly compensation is as under: |
