
What is MH CET 2021 Law exam?
MH CET Law or Maharashtra Common Entrance Test for Law is a state-level exam conducted by the Directorate of Higher Education, Maharashtra for admissions to law courses offered at the law colleges of Maharashtra.
Through the entrance exam, law aspirants are shortlisted for admissions to more than 10,000 seats of Five-year LLB courses offered at 120 law colleges.
The candidates are also shortlisted for admission to Three-year LLB courses offered at various law colleges in Maharashtra.
MH CET Law exam 2021 Dates:
MH CET Law 2021 exam for three-year LLB was held on October 4-5.
The exam for five-year LLB was held on October 8.

MH CET Law Exam Pattern 2021
The authorities have prescribed the test pattern of MH CET law 2021. It informs about the various test modalities such as exam mode, language, marking scheme, type and number of questions, and other details.

The CET Cell will declare the MH CET law 2021 result a few days after the conduct of the test. The result of MH CET law 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB will be released separately.
MH CET Law Eligibility Criteria 2021
Candidates applying for MH CET law 2021 must read the eligibility criteria of MH CET Law 2021 before filling the application form. The eligibility criteria of MH CET law for both 5-year LLB and 3-year LLB is given below.

The candidate must have passed graduation with a minimum of 45% marks from a recognized university. SC and ST category candidates domiciled in Maharashtra must score at least 40% marks in the qualifying exam.

VJNT, SBC and OBC category candidates of Maharashtra must score at least 42% marks in the qualifying examination.

Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam are also eligible to appear in the MH CET law entrance examination for 3-year LLB admissions.
5-year LLB

Candidates applying for the 5-year LLB admission test of MH CET law should have passed Class 12th from a recognized board or institution.

The candidates must score at least 45% marks in the qualifying examination. SC and ST category candidates must score at least 40% marks. Whereas the VJNT, SBC and OBC category candidates must score minimum 42% marks in the qualifying exam.

Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam are also eligible for appearing in the state-level law entrance examination.
